How Our Things Work at Fremont Manor
We believe in keeping things simple which is why we have a 3 Step process for renting our apartments.
Step #1-Interested In Renting
Kick off your apartment search by visiting Fremont Manor. Begin your journey at Fremont Manor with an in-person viewing of our available units. Visit us Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, to tour our available units. Book your onsite tour today.
Step #2-Qualify & Apply
Our application process is quick and painless, just how it should be. Here’s the deal: #1. make sure you’ve got no evictions hanging over you, #2. We need to keep things safe around here, so no felony convictions on your criminal record. #3. Your credit doesn't matter BUT no debts with old landlords or utility companies in collections. #4. Show us you’re pulling in triple the rent in income, just so we know you’re good for it. We keep things simple so you can move in and start living without all the fuss. Apply online or in person.
Step #3-Pay Fees & Sign Lease
Almost don! If you’re itching to move in mid-month, we’ve got your back—just pay for the days you need. Wanna lock in your spot? We can hold a unit for you with a non-refundable fee, but it’s a case-by-case deal. Remember, we need all fees sorted out when you sign your lease, no last-minute surprises.
Step #4-Get Keys & Move In
You’ve seen the place, got approved, and all your fees are paid up—it’s time to get moving! Before you grab your keys, make sure to set up your utilities in your name to keep everything running smoothly from day one. Then, swing by, pick up your keys, and start making Fremont Manor your new home.

What happens if my rent posts after the 3rd of the month?
In the event you pay online and your rent payment posts after the 3rd of the month you will be subject to all late fee's
Do I receive a receipt when paying my rent online?
Yes. An email and text will be sent confirming your rent payment has been submitted.
Can I pay late fee's online?
Not at this moment. If rent becomes late you will be blocked from paying online and must come in person to the onsite office to pay.
Will I be reminded each month to pay rent online?
Yes. You will receive both email and text reminders letting you know your rent is coming up
